All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Hello My name is Onix I am a 10 month old hound.  Yes I know I have the cutest face and just look at my ears. I am a little sad right now because my sister was adopted and I am really looking for someone who can give me a for ever home. I am a calm girl.  I do LOVE to play with other dogs, as long as they are friendly and playful I will play too. I love the water and my foster mom lets me  play in a kiddie pool when it gets too hot.  I like to relax in my crate at night on a lovely soft bed.  I am house broken and crate trained. So I will not be any trouble. I live right now with my foster brother and two foster sisters, they are older dogs and really don’t want to play much. So I am hoping I can find a home with a young dog who wants to play with me.  I weigh approximately 45 lbs and will not grow any more than this.  Wont you make a decision to meet me?
