Tracker needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

My name is Tracker, and I’m a 2 ½ year old neutered male border collie/springer spaniel mix.  I need a new home because I’ve learned that little toddlers are just too much for me to handle!  I am a border collie/springer spaniel mix, but don’t let that scare you – I’m actually pretty low key.  I have one brown eye, one blue eye and a beautiful coat.  I’m a very devoted companion and very playful with my other pack dog (I’ve grown up with a cockapoo). Sometimes I am a bit reactive with new dogs, but usually within a few minutes can settle down and will be playing with them too.  I love outdoor activities, but most of all I just love spending time with my pack.  I would do best in a home without cats or small children.  I am housebroken and crate trained and up to date on all my shots and vet care.  I know my basic commands, but am always eager to learn more and enjoy training time. I want to be your very best boy! From his foster: He is always doing something that makes me laugh.  He also has the best smile (which on first glance looks like a snarl until you realize that he only does it for people he likes and it is accompanied by wagging his tail – it quickly becomes one of the best things to see when you come home!).
