All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

. Ten comments to help you to know what a good boy Bud is from his foster:

    1.  He is housebroken

2.       Highly submissive and obedient (knows – Sit, Down, Stay, Shake, and Come)

3.       Sadly, I think someone altered his vocal chords so his “bark” is more of a “chirp” now.  Regardless, he doesn’t attempt to bark very much.

4.       We were told that he is 7  years old but his teeth and his physical condition are amazing!

5.       He has a huge heart and is very sweet and docile. 

6.       He doesn’t run… comes when he’s called.

7.       He’s up to date on all shots and was neutered on 10 July. 

8.       He’s very light Heartworm Positive (no microfilaria)- on slow kill

9.       Bud is  70 pounds.

10.   He’s good on a lead/leash. 

11.   He is NOT GOOD with other male dogs, but is ok with females, best that he be in a home where he can get all the attention.
