Benjamin needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Benjamin was made to be a best friend and family dog. He likes children and is good with them and just really loves all people. He is a happy, playful dog, waiting on a family to love. He is good with other dogs, too, so he is going to be easy to take places or even simply have play dates at your house. He can't wait to play in your backyard, go for walks with you, and then play some more. He is only recently out of puppyhood, at only a year old, so play is a big deal for him. This friendly dog has all the good characteristics of a wonderful golden retriever, but is a little smaller than an average retriever. We know you are going to love him at first sight!
