All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Jellybean was recently born to mama Chelzie, also for adoption on our site. He is currently a snuggly puppy who was only 4 ounces when born. He has gotten up to two whole pound at 4 weeks and we believe he will be somewhat bigger than his mama, who weighs about 8 pounds. He will be available in Mid July, but we are posting him now so you can begin to get ready to welcome this baby into your home. His mama is friendly, happy, playful and very loving, so Jellybean has a good chance of having a similar temperament. We know mama is a chihuahua mix, but we have no idea about dear old dad. Jelly's heritage on that side is a surprise! Updates will appear on this page as he grows and shows us who he is going to be. Watch for them! As well as new pictures as he learns to walk and play.

UPDATE #1: Jellybean has opened his eyes and can hear and see now. He is beginning to explore his environment and loves to sleep on a lap. He is still nursing.Just starting to show his personality.
UPDATE #2: Jellybean has personality! He loves to play with his little hedgehog toy, pouncing on it and trying hard to shake it. Usually he falls over and it wins! He is getting teeth, too, and mama is not happy about that. He is starting the weaning process.
