Evander needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Evander is a MAJOR sweetie! Everyone who has helped care for him, or has even met him, has fallen in love with this calm, friendly dog. He had even charmed the entire staff at the shelter where we found him. His temperament is ideal. He is never in your face, but is also a loving, kind dog. He is everything you would want in a best friend and family dog. Nothing much ruffles him. He takes all of life in stride. When you are having a bad day, he will make that day better. He would make a fantastic therapy dog. He now has all his shots and has been vet checked. His one wish in the world is to be a companion.
