All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Penny found herself expecting ,abandoned and eventually captured by Animal Control. Brought to the shelter, where at least she had food and warmth, she brought her babies into the world amid all the noise, not knowing if any of them would make it out alive. The shelter did its best for her, but a place like that is no place to raise your puppies. Such a good mama, they all began to grow strong and healthy. Now in rescue and fostered in a real home, Penny is at last able to begin to hope for a future for her little family. She has sent all her puppies to their forever home, has been spay and now is ready for her forever home.
Her foster says of her "Sweetest girl ever. She is still settling in and is a little shy but with time and patience she will be a wonderful addition your a family. She is gentle and is good with every dog she has met, good with cats and good with children. Penny does not have a mean bone in her little body. She is house trained and loves to snuggle and raises her paw when she wants to be rubbed!
She will be, all beagle, with a happy, sniffing nose and a beagle song. If you love beagles, Penny would be just right to love you back. She will be thoroughly vetted and have all her shots when you get her.
Because Penny is a beagle we are requiring a fenced yard so she can enjoy using that nose like beagles were meant to do.
