All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Mr. Murphy is no longer a young dog. We all get that. BUT, he is one loving little guy who has seen a lot of storms throughout his life and come out at the other end a wise and loving companion. He has learned a lot in his years on earth and one of those things is how to be a good dog. Everyone who has met him loves him.... He is a real favorite in our rescue. His foster says ""He can see a little bit not very good does run into things occasionally, hearing is great, he is in great shape to be 14-15, seems a lot younger just had had a rough life, he gets along great with my 4 dogs, so I don't crate him, perfect pup!" While Murph doesn't see well with his eyes, he does "see"you with his heart. If you are hoping for a good dog to take on quiet walks and who will sit next to you watching the sunsets, you have found Murph.
