Molly needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?

Please Note: This animal is listed as a courtesy to another organization. Please be sure to contact the foster/caretaker for more information about her.

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Golden retrievers are the ultimate family dog and Molly is no exception. Already house trained, she tends to be a quiet, sweet girl. She loves to be close to her person or family and already knows her basic commands, like "sit". A well trained golden is a true joy and Molly would like to bring that joy into your life. She is a good and loving dog, ready and waiting for a family to love her. She would love you back with all her great golden heart. She is wonderful...and loves all people, and other dogs... if you raise your voice, she will immediately stop and goes down. She does love to play and is not a couch potato by any means!!! She's just a GREAT dog!

Here is some more info on Molly:

She's on the shorter side, standing around 24" to the top of her head.
Weighs around 60lbs . . . We are currently working on her girlish figure with smaller meals and exercise.
She's just as happy to hang out in the same room with you, as she is to play.
Give her a toy to chew on and she keeps herself busy while you groom her.
She easily goes into her crate at night when you walk her over and tell her to go to bed.
She knows her Sit command and we are currently working on Down & High 5.
My daughter's contribution to describing her is "she's soft."
