Jibbs needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

CATS! I love cats! They are my very best friends. They tell me I'm really a dog, but...When I was abandoned (I really don't want to talk about that, it hurts too much), five cats took me in and we lived together. It was great, except there was never enough food, and sometimes I got cold and wet, and...there I am, talking about IT! Well, you get the idea. I am a great all around guy, and although nobody has ever cared enough about me to train me, I am very, very smart. After all, I stayed alive for a good while, didn't I? Maybe I was just waiting for you? Would you be the one to show me what it's like to have good food in my bowl? A warm bed? Let me know what it is like to feel safe? No cars to try and run over me? And, I hardly dare think about it, would there be someone out there who might love me? Maybe, even, cuddle me sometimes? The nice lady who is holding me until you come for me says I am very sweet and will make someone who likes smaller dogs and has cats the very best dog ever. Did I say dog? Well, that's what they tell me. I hope you are reading this and you will come soon. When you do, I will give you all of my heart, for ever and ever. Take me to training classes and I will learn more than you can imagine. I want you to be proud of me. Hurry, please? I'm just a little guy...
UPDATE FROM HIS CAREGIVER; He is sweet beyond words...
Also, we know that mom was a boxer, but dad was a surprise traveling through...probably something smaller than a boxer since Jibbs is not going to be a big dog.
