All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

He does answer to the name Trevor.  And responded beautifully to the hand signals taught by the trainer that we were reinforcing.  He is a quick learner.

Trevor is an extremely intelligent companion.  He learns commands very quickly.  He has learned hand signs for sit and down (lay down), and focus.  He loves to go for walks.  He gets very excited when he sees cats, hamsters, and squirrels and has a natural prey drive.  He would be a forever best friend for a family with no cats or other small animals.  He loves to have his belly rubbed and will sit right next to you on the couch if you let him – on his hind paws no less with his front paws up so you can rub his belly.  He loves his Kong toy when it is filled with peanut butter and Kong treats!  This boy is affectionate, and sensitive toward other dogs as well.  He makes friends easily with dogs and people.  He is housetrained.  He won’t beg for food.  He is the perfect dog on every count. Trevor loves to ride in the car.  He prefers to sit in the driver’s seat when the car is parked.
