All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.
About Peggy Sue | |
|
Peggy Sue is a smooth coated Brussells Griffon. Saved from a puppy mill, she now has a chance to find a loving family in her future instead of cold cage walls. A cute little square built dog, Bred to be happy and full of fun, Peggy Sue is going to have to learn about all of the wonderful things out there in the great big world. This breed has a genetic inheritance of having an affectionate, curious temperament and was created to be a companion dog. This little one is still shy and getting used to the new noises and people around her. With time and love, she will become the wonderful dog she was meant to be. If you are the one who will show her the way, she would love to follow.

PLEASE NOTE;Puppy mill rescues are not able to be placed in a home without dog experience (no first time dog owners); must not go to a home with young children (too much activity for the dog trying to "make it" in the outside world); and must go to a home where they will not be left for more than a four hour stretch.
