All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

If we had to pick only two words to describe Timber, they would be "friendly" and "playful". This happy, outgoing dog is in the prime of his life and has grown up in the country, enjoying the outdoor life of racing through the meadows and sniffing the great scents in the woods. He is a really good natured guy who loves life and especially people. His owner is moving and he is being left behind, so he is hoping for a new home where he will be loved for his sunny disposition...but there is so much more about Timber, too. He is wonderful with his owner's grandchildren, delighting in playing with them, has not been known to chase a cat, and is very friendly to all other dogs. If you already have a dog, and are looking for a companion, Timber would be a great choice. He would be the perfect dog if you have a big fenced yard and a large stock of "cookies". Timber absolutely loves "cookies". He will "smile" for a cookie, do anything for a "cookie"!
