Mossy needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

This handsome guy is not only beautiful on the outside, but sweet and loving on the inside, too. He is so young, barely a year old, healthy, and very loving. His favorite activity is wagging his tail with joy every time he sees you. Look at him across the room, and he'll come right over for love. Pet him, and he's in complete heaven. A tremendously outgoing dog, he loves all people and is perfect with other dogs. If you are thinking about adding a companion dog to your family for another dog, you could not possibly go wrong with Mossy. He will be a super family dog, since he has such a great temperament, or he would be a loyal and loving companion for an individual looking for a best friend. He is also the perfect size...not too big, not too small, just right, as Goldilocks would say. On the small side of medium, at only 37 pounds, we don't expect him to put on a lot more weight or size. He will be so much fun to train to go on walks with you, would love to play outside in your yard...just being near you will make his whole day, and yours too, as he spreads his total joy in life wherever he goes.

A SPECIAL NOTE FROM HIS FOSTER, WHO KNOWS HIM BEST: >> He is definitely sweet as can be, eager to please, very loyal, comes>> when called, a little on the timid side (getting used to experiencing>> new things in life -- fans on ceilings, shadows, garbage cans, garage>> doors opening and closing), and absolutely loves running and playing.
