All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Sweet, soft, and grateful for even the smallest amount of attention, Linda has been overlooked all of her life. She is always so happy to be with people... her tail begins to wag when she sees anyone at all come toward her. A humble dog, she gets along with other dogs, all people, and, in the prime of her life, is ready to be someone's own true love. She has a heart aching to love someone...perhaps you? She is ready to be your very best friend. To help her, we have made sure she is completely up to date on her shots and ready to find out that the world is a kinder, gentler place than it has so far shown itself to her to be. Her own gentle nature has persevered, waiting and waiting for the right person to come along so she can show them what a good dog she is. Already house trained, she is ready to go on walks with you, play in your yard, but most of all, lie at your feet and look up at you with adoration in those liquid brown eyes for having come for her and made her all yours.

SPECIAL NOTE: Linda is very much bonded with another dog on our site, Ralph. When he is not feeling well, or sad, she sits next to him and comforts him. It is so sweet to see. In a perfect world, we would love to see them adopted together, if you can find it in your heart not to break up a real, true love. In a not so perfect world, we will adopt them separately.

ALSO From their caregiver: I want to tell you that that Linda loves to play fetch. Ralph will trot along with her and when she brings the ball back... he comes back with her, to you, as if “he has retrieved it”... Way too cute! and the transporter just said Linda is a GREAT GREAT dog!!!
