All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Chopper was a victim as was his family of many families when their home was foreclosed on and the only option did not allow dogs. This was very hard for this family to release Chopper to the shelter and he's such a big sweet boy. ROR felt he was very worthy of saving and hopefully finding a  new home for the rest of his senior years.

You really wouldn't know he's a senior as he still has plenty of pep in his step.. but he does tire easily and likes his naps. He is good with other dogs, with cats and with children. He was always an inside dog and is housebroken and crate trained.

Please consider adding a senior to your family... they give so much more than you can imagine!
