Pilar needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

NEWS FLASH: Our sweet Pilar was adopted and happy and then there was a divorce...she is losing her home and the family that she has loved so well. She is the type of dog who needs a family to love. It is built into her genes. Her next family will be SO lucky.

Pilar likes people and wants to bond with someone, she is a sweet happy, pleasant little girl with lots to give.  Do not underestimate her energy.. she LOVES flying around the yard with  playful energy......

Pilar adores kids! She is great with the kids. She is house trained. She is very loyal.  Knows how to sit.   She sleeps at the foot of our 5 year olds bed.  Despite being 7, she still plays in the yard.  She even climbs up the ladder to the kids playhouse and sits on the little porch with them..and then goes down the slide or ladder!  She is very soft.

Her tail is an endless wag and she is always happy to see everyone.... she deserves better than to end up in a kennel .... please consider Pilar!

Pilar will NOT work with cats and she craves attention and would dearly love to be the center of attention in a home with kids.

A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HER FOSTER: She never jumps up on anyone and never barks at people . The only time she jumps at all is when she can tell you're about to take her for a walk and then she jumps up and down and it's so cute.
