Marley needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Marley has "family dog" and "Best Friend" written all over her. Such a tremendous dog! Try as we might, we can't come up with any negatives for her. Let's see, she is happy, healthy, outgoing, has been raised with small children and loves them, is great with all people, other dogs. More? She is very well house trained already, has good house manners, only chews on her toys, knows all the basic commands. She is so young, and she knows this much already. Think what you will be aable to teach her! As to her temperament? It's the best. She loves to be with you, especially likes hiking and swimming, really anything out of doors. She will do best with a family who likes those things, too. . This is the kind of dog people think about when they say to each other "Let's get a dog". All she waits for is your pat on her head, and your voice saying "Let's go home, girl." She very well could be the best dog you have ever had.

A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HER FOSTER; She is a very affectionate dog. She loves to play, run and swim. Loves tug of war and playing fetch, even if she doesn't bring the item all the way back to you at first. She does get very excited while greeting new people which can be overwhelming given her size. We have never seen her act aggressively or hostile in anyway. She has always had toys to chew on and as a result has never shown destructive chewing. She loves to be outside but as a house dog she is used to being indoors a lot.
