All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Mocha is a wonderful purebred lab! She loves her ball and frisbee and will chase until your arm feels like it is going to fall off. She is house trained and gets along well with cats, kids and we haven't seen anything negative with Mocha. She was surrendered because the family just got too busy. Their big loss, your gain! If you want a loving, fun girl, Mocha is your girl. She has that fabulous famous lab personality that has made labs the number one family dog for over 20 years. If you have an active family, like the outdoors, and want a dog who will believe the sun rises upon your head, that's our Mocha. If we could rearrange the letters in her name, we are sure that somehow they would spell "family dog". The kids are going to love her!
