All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

White as fresh snow, beautiful Sugar Magnolia has a soul to match. Sweet, loving, playful and friendly, she is a young dog looking for a person or family where she can place her whole heart. Magnolia loves to play with other dogs, especially her best friend, also listed on our site, Remington. Simply a good dog all around, she is going to be an ideal family dog. Already nearly house trained, she is eager to learn anything you might want to teach her. She is the kind of dog who very much wants to please. Ready to play in your yard, go for happy walks, and love you with every beat of her heart, Magnolia is waiting patiently for you to come for her and make her your own.
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HER FOSTER: She is a very sweet dog and is around our grandchildren when they visit and with other dogs, we have a house cat. She is great with the kids and the cat, as well as other dogs. She has made herself at home on the couch like she has been raised inside all her life. We bring the dogs in the house mostly at night in the laundry room and she has not had any accidents. the last 2 nights she woke me up at about 11pm since we go to bed early and let her out and she went to the bathroom and came back in and went to sleep. we have not crated her, because we have a doggie door in the kitchen that goes to the laundry room and she stays there just fine.
