All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Friendly, sweet and gentle, that would be the best description of our Remi.  A perfect temperament to be a great family dog and best friend. A nice sturdy guy, ready to romp with the kids in the back yard, or go for walks with you, his happy outlook on life will have him greeting everyone he meets with a wagging tail. It's that famous lab personality. He is also very smart and eager to please you, so he is going to be so easy to train to be the dog you want. He WANTS to be that dog! He is excellent with other dogs, people of all sizes, males, females, he loves the whole world.  Bringing him into your life will add love and smiles to every day. Still quite young, Remi is ready to walk beside you through life for many, many years.

This is a young dog with an old soul... he loves other dogs and just wants attention but not demanding.

Regarding cats:

"Their owner did indicate that they had been around two cats at their previous home with no issues.  This was in an outdoor environment so I'm not sure if they would behave the same way indoors or around other cats, but there is a really good chance that they would be fine."
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER: Overall, he's doing really well. He is such a love bug. He loves to cuddle at night, usually trying to sleep between Josh and I and he snores! LOL. He is doing stairs and hardwood floors now so that's good.
