All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Short Stack is a very friendly guy who gets along with everyone.  He likes other dogs, kids, cats, and treats.  He is really cute with one ear that sticks up and the other that doesn't.  Short Stack isn't far off the ground, yet he weighs 29.4 pounds.  He is between 3 and 5 years old and is a sensible little guy.  He watches people for his cues of what is okay and what might not be.  He likes a comfy dog bed and being close to someone. He can be active or he can snooze.  He wants to please, and he tries very hard to get pats on the head, praise, or treats.  Short Stack is not only a pretty dog and a desirable breed, but he is a very good dog that any owner would be proud to call his family member!

We will NOT place this dog in any home with children under 12 yr old and he does require a dog savvy home.
