All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Sweet, fluffy, and loving, little Lacy lost her home because her person has passed away. She is used to being loved, visiting nursing homes, and being a very good girl. She is friendly and outgoing, as well as a happy dog. She has lots of experience at being a companion house dog and knows just what to do to make you smile. Here is what her foster has to say about her:
"she is a West Highland Terrier and is AKC registered. Laci is 11 years young and in very good health. Laci is used to children and other dogs and has a good temperament. Laci loves to travel (she likes to travel in her carrier), and has been on many long trips and is a real trouper ( I just took her on a two day 1300 mile trip from Nebraska to WV and she was a perfect angel the whole way). Laci also likes to sit beside and watch as you garden or crafts."
