All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Friendly, happy, young and house trained! And it gets better...Abbott loves to be petted and you will find it hard to keep your hands off his extra silky coat. He adores people, was raised with toddlers, already knows basic commands. His gorgeous plume of a tail simply never stops wagging. Very playful when you want him to be, will chill next to you when you are busy. Really an ideal natural temperament. He will take food gently from your hands, eats like a gentleman...no gobbling. Gets along very well with other dogs, especially if they will play with him. He's got a great play bow when he wants to interact with another dog, chest very low, rump up high and wiggling! When given a choice, however, he would rather play with his people. He already knows "sit" and "come, Abbott", but we think he would come no matter what, because he loves being near his people. He has not chewed up a single thing in his foster's home and his house manners are perfect. And wait until you see him look up at you! His eyes are not blue, not brown, but swirls of both. It's amazing, but the perfect description of them is "loving". He was simply made to be a family dog.
