All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Tate is a nice boxer and full of life. He is in the prime of his life and healthy. If you like boxers, you will love Tate!
A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU FROM HIS FOSTER: Tate is really laid back. Walks OK on leash. He has been really careful not to get our hands in his mouth when playing with toys. He likes toys, going for walks, and lounging around. He barks at strange things and would notify you if something was out of the norm. He will willingly give up his toys when requested. He is moderately active. He will need a fence to make sure he can play outside safely. He is selective about his dog friends, so it would be best if he were an only dog. He is a bit too much to handle for small children, so he needs to find a home with older children, or just adults. He is nicely house broken.
NOTE FROM THE SHELTER: Fee for adoption: $75 at the shelter. If we transport, transportation costs will be added.
