All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

UPDATE FROM HER FOSTER: Zandi is a beautiful, affectionate girl.  She loves to be with you, to be petted.  Her only drawback is she is very particular on the dogs she likes.  Therefore it is preferable that she go to a home with no other dogs.   She is very smart, housebroken, does not chew things up and is a fairly quiet girl.  Did I say she was beautiful!  She is outright gorgeous.   This dog would make a great companion for a family with older children, no youngsters.   No cats either as she prefers her human friends. Because she is choosy about her dog friends. we will only adopt her to a home as an only dog, so both dog and people will be happy. We prefer an adoption to a person experienced with dogs for our beautiful girl.

If you need a walking or jogging buddy, Zandi would be a good fit for you.   Please give her a chance, her evaluator said she was not an aggressive dog and was very even tempered so she may be the one you are looking for because she is looking for you. She is so much fun. She retrieves w/bringing toy back and dropping it at your feet, Knows commands (sit, stay, come).
