Howie is a puppy with tons of potential! He is ready to learn from you and will try hard to be your best boy. His foster says he is a great little guy and ALL puppy...play/sleep, play/sleep. She says "He is into everything, like a puppy usually is. He pulls out every single toy from the toy bin and happily plays with them all. He really wants to play with my dogs but they want nothing to do with him. But he does do fine around dogs. He is very interested in my cats but they too don’t want anything to do with him. But so far he’s been great around them. He’s just a very busy guy. He has lots of puppy energy and will need  adopters who are willing to walk him and play with him to get his energy out. " If you are up for the fun of puppy life, and want a friend for life, Howie is your guy. Energetic walks and playtime are in your future! Also much laughter and love.  
He’s a great little guy. And so adorable. 

Howie is a little hound mix so will require a fenced yard.
