These babies were born to a mama abandoned and left to fend for herself, desperately searching for a safe place to have her puppies. Rescue stepped in and gave her that safe place, with soft blankets and plenty of food and love. The puppies were born healthy and warm and have known only care and love in their short lives. Mama Sara is a very sweet and friendly dog, and it is likely she will pass those "good dog" characteristics on to her offspring. Sara looks very much like a Labrador retriever and so far, the puppies seem to be taking after her. She is around 60 lbs., so the puppies should grow to about that size. They are ready to go out into the world and learn from you what you want them to be and to do. They are eager to learn and are bright, happy, playful  puppies. They will have their age appropriate shots and be ready to go toward the end of May. A spring puppy!
