Sherlock (now Cinco), doing fabulously in his forever home! He is truly unique and still very cautious of everything. I am home most days now so I am his security blanket. Plus I baby talk him, which he loves! I sound like an idiot but he brightens up when I do it. He is at my side all day similar to our last dog, Bear. I have to watch where I step because there is usually a dog there! No, he’s not “normal” but he’s ours and we love him very much!
No one ever worked harder to make it possible for them to adopt two dogs Shayna and Milton.. and this couldn't be a better fit for all!
Sparky couldn't have found a better home or a better friend that our past adopter Violet... they met, sniffed and that was all she wrote!
In April 2012 we adopted Sam Adams. I wanted to share with you our story: We adopted a Redbone Coonhound Mix puppy from Arkansas in July 2011. We enjoyed her so much, we wanted to add another doggie to our Family. We saw Sam Adams (who we call MOE) on Adopt-a-pet.com and immediately fell in love with him. He is the love of my life, and an absolute angel. Thank you so much for saving his life… and helping him find his way to us. I can’t imagine my life without him.
